Rottnest Snorkel does not offer cash refunds. For any cancellations, a credit note with one year validity will be issued. Only on certain circumstances will a full refund be given on customer cancellations. If Rottnest Snorkel cancels a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, then a full refund will be processed within 24hrs of notification of cancelation.

Customers can reschedule their booking up to 48hrs of the tour and within 48hrs Rottnest Snorkel will do their best to accommodate changes. At anytime customers can change names on the booking.
