CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Customer Cancellations

    •  
    • 1.1 For cancellations made by the customer more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time, a credit note will be issued.

 

  • 1.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour start time – including ‘no shows’ – are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise granted at the discretion of Rottnest Snorkel.

2. Rottnest Snorkel Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • 2.1 If Rottnest Snorkel cancels or reschedules a tour for any reason, including weather, failure to meet the minimum passenger requirement (6 per tour), or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the tour fee will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours of notification.

  • 2.2 Rottnest Snorkel is not responsible for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other incidental or consequential losses. The tour fee refund constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy in these circumstances.

3. General

  • 3.1 All refunds will be processed in Australian dollars to the original payment method.

  • 3.2 Customers are encouraged to ensure their contact details are up to date to receive timely notifications of cancellations or rescheduling.
